Volkswagen/Amazon - Charge Your Brand

Charge Your Brand is a short branded documentary that celebrates Italian small and medium businesses that we shot for Amazon Prime Video. Hosted by tech-influencer Marco Montemagno, it tells the stories of three entrepreneurs that are trying to keep up with the constant innovations required by today's market while staying true to their core values and to their traditional crafts.  Volkswagen's all-electric professional van, the ID Buzz Cargo, is integrated in every story.  It has been a really cool experiment in which together with Amazon Ads and The Box Films Milan we have tried to combine infotainment, branded content and advertising. 

Loro Piana - Stories of Vicuña

This short documentary follows three communities in the Andes as they perform the Chaku, a traditional method of shearing Vicuñas. These small wild animals live free at extreme altitudes and their fleece is one of the world’s rarest and most precious wools. That’s why they used to be a favourite prey for poachers and in the 1980’s they were on the brink of extinction. Loro Piana has collaborated with these communities since the 1990's and the brand's fair trade practices and commitment have had a huge impact in protecting the vicuñas and in reviving the tradition of the Chaku. 

Bally - Peak Outlook 2020 Series

A group of Nepalese expedition workers set off to clean up four Himalayan basecamps during the shutdown that followed the pandemic. The series follows their trip and describes in parallel the peculiarities of the Sherpa culture. Due to the lockdown I could not film myself so I collaborated remotely with Nepalese filmmaker Samir Jung Thapa and with Expedition Leader Dawa Steven Sherpa. This is the trailer that launched the promotion of the series. 

Bottega Veneta - Art Of The Fragrance

Bottega Veneta’s most exclusive fragrance created by perfumer Michel Almairac comes with a handcrafted bottle from one of Murano’s most ancient glass workshops. The two stories, the creation of the perfume and that of the bottle, are intertwined in an impressionistic short documentary that celebrates the beauty of perfume making and of glassworks.

Zegnart - Dare e Avere

Zegna commissioned a tapestry celebrating its story to artist Willam Kentrindge. From Eswatini (former Swaziland) to Zegna’s flagship store in London this short documentary narrates the crafting of the piece from the very beginning.

Loro Piana's Record Bale competition awards the producers of the finest Merino Wool in the world. The breeders and their families live in vast farms in the Australia and New Zealand outbacks and have a deep connection with their environment and a unique lifestyle.
